Every product we use is provided by specialized local suppliers.
We prefer seasonal products and GRTA (Geneve Region - Terre Avenir) in order to offer a fresh and varied cuisine. In addition, our bread is made by our own artisan baker.
All of our takeaway meals and drinks will be served in a naturesse® packaging, 100% biodegradable, because we care about our beautiful planet.
The Barista Lab, it’s above all an ethical coffee with unique and authentic flavors, provided directly from a fair trade producer without intermediaty.
Before being savoured in Huskee cups – made from recycled shells of coffee beans – every coffee will be transformed by our baristi into a real masterpiece.
At The Barista Lab, your children will be spoiled!
Until two years old, they will be offered a delicious mash of fresh vegetables.
And once their hunger is satisfied, they will be offered a delicious mash of fresh vegetables so as books and fun games that will be available for their greatest joy.
